Secondly, when people hypnotized have entered in a relaxed state it will be more easily influenced and the therapist will suggest changing bad behavior.

But according to Dr. Manny that lead to weight loss itself is not hypnotism. But because people end up on a diet and exercise better once motivated by the therapist.

Hypnosis to lose weight is thought to be safe. And an important note is seeking a licensed therapist since when following this hypnotic therapy, people in the state to compromise with what is suggested.
