Drinking Coffee Reduces Breast Cancer Risk Affected

Health-Net: Drinking coffee also has become a routine activity for some people. Coffee with caffeine actually has some health benefits. One is to reduce the risk of breast cancer.

Recently, a study suggests five cups of coffee a day reduces the likelihood of developing breast cancer over the age of 50 years. Researchers found that people who drink coffee are often able to reduce the possibility of malignant tumors by 20 percent.

Even in diseases known as ER negative, the risk in coffee drinkers was reduced by 50 percent compared with that instead. The researchers say up to now they still are not sure the reason why coffee is so beneficial to reduce the risk of cancer.

However, considering that there ever will study the same thing before, can be estimated reason is because coffee is rich in antioxidants.

In this study, a team from the Karolinska Institute in Sweden sees the note almost on 5,000 women over the age of 50 years. It turned out that half of it is breast cancer.
Then they saw the pattern of coffee consumption these women. It can be concluded that women who drank more than five cups of coffee a day reduced the risk of breast cancer about 20 percent.
