But there are inexpensive ways that people can do to prevent cancer, here are the 7 ways to prevent cancer:
  1. Adjusting the diet, a healthy diet can prevent cancer. Cancer occurs because many people are wrong in the implementation of the diet. Eat calories necessary for the body.
  2. Avoid Obesity, Obesity has the potential to cause of cancer because it has high levels of fat content, fat people who also have insulin process is not smooth. Obesity is often attacked by diseases such as heart disease, cancer and diabetes.
  3. Sports on a regular basis, exercising for 30 minutes every day such as walking and increase the intensity of fitness time from 30 minutes to 60 minutes.

  5. Reduce fatty foods, less sugary drinks and fast food and high fat containing foods such as chicken meat, butter and coconut milk. Prevent too salty foods and consumption of low fat foods. Fatty foods can lead to obesity quickly.
  6. Reduce alcohol, drink alcohol in accordance with the measure, as many as 30 ml of beer, wine as much as 1 ml should men not more than two alcoholic drinks per day and women just one glass per day.
