Diet is good for preventing and controlling Asthma

1. Eating lots of fruits and vegetables
This is because fruits and vegetables are a source of antioxidants like beta carotene and vitamins C and E that can help reduce swelling in the lungs and irritation (inflammation) caused by the breakdown of cells by chemicals.

2. Vitamin D

3. Avoiding the sulfite content in food
