Overcoming Stress with Laughing Yoga

Health-Net: Yoga is synonymous with meditation and silence. Many are advised to reduce stress by doing yoga exercises. However, there are other more effective ways that is laughing yoga.

As reported by the Laughteryoga.org, this type of yoga combines laughter with yogic breathing without a cause is called Pranayama. Anyone can laugh without reason, without relying on humor, jokes or comedy. Laughter is simulated as a body exercise in groups, with eye contact and play like a child, it then turns into real laughter and contagious.

The concept of laughing yoga is based on the scientific fact that the body cannot distinguish between fake and real laughter. One advantage is having a positive effect of the same physiological and psychological.

The idea came from the use laughter to relieve the negative effects of stress among other things, high blood pressure, type diabetes and depression, said Alex Eingorn, Laughter Ambassador in New York, as quoted from Galtime.com.

According Eingorn, laughing is very healthy. The effect was like aerobics and activates every organ in the body.

There are some muscles that will only move when laughing, said Eingorn.
